This is one of the best products that we have been introduced to. We have used it on everything that we grow. We use it as part of the seed biopriming that we do on virtually everything. We also use it as a seed box treatment. We have tested it on thousands of acres and have never seen a comparison where there is not a remarkable differnce in root colonization and seedling vigor. I believe it is the best money spent for ROI on getting symbiotic biological activity. The cost per acre is a no brainer if anythig is.

BCG helped with uniform germinating of grain even in a drought year. 100% germination definitely covers the cost alone! Also drastically increased our biological and fungal numbers not normally seen in our area. Fantastic product and we will be purchasing it again for all of our 2026 plantings!

As a farmer and gardener, I will never put a seed in the ground again without BioCoat Gold. I have used it on corn, soybeans, rye, pumpkins, cover crops, and lots of things in the garden with great effect. No product shows a major effect 100% of the time but this is the closest of anything I have ever used. On corn we have seen as much as a 22bu difference on a drought year in one of our test plots. The average of our test plots is just over 5bu but that is a very good ROI for a product that costs less than one bushel of corn for an acre. It makes a noticeable difference in the root structure and aggregation on almost any seedling. It seems to help the cover crops get out of the ground a lot faster too in these dry falls we've been having. One time I had a pumpkin variety that responded so strongly in the garden that they popped out of the ground and the cotyledons were 4"x2" and dark green just a week after planting. My most scientific test with it was on Roma tomato starts. Same seed packet, same starting soil, same lighting conditions, etc. The treated tomato seeds emerged 6-8 days after planting and the untreated emerged 9-12 days after planting. Unfortunately they got overwatered at one point and the untreated plants died so I didn't get to see the difference in production but the difference in emergence was honestly hard to believe. I will never put a seed in a field or garden without it except for check strips. AEA is a great company to work with too, I've been working with them for three years now and couldn't be more happy with their service.

BioCoat Gold is the easiest option to support planting in a dry environment. We started a large garden last spring in the rocky foothills outside of Denver, CO. I used it on very old beet and carrot seed not expecting much to come up. Not only did it germinate well, I had to thin it them out! It has been the warmest/driest winter on record and I still have green growing spinach thanks to strong roots and fungal associations. I used it in transplanting some apples and strawberries in the fall and they are looking very healthy despite the unseasonable weather. I even seeded some chicken pasture on horribly compacted soil and it germinated with only a few scattered snow showers.
