Bioprotec PLUS is an effective formulation of Btk, (Bacillus thuringiensis ssp. kurstaki). In 2024, Northwest Contract Research conducted an insecticide trial in apples with Bioprotec Plus on oblique-banded leafroller in Washington State. In this trial, Bioprotec PLUS demonstrated that it will control oblique-banded leafrollers.

This has been a great product in our organic apple business as well as our Hop market. It is cost effective and works as good if not better than some of the other BT products.
