AGTIV THRIVE® are biological inoculants designed to enhance legume crop performance through dual symbiotic action. Combining mycorrhizal fungi and crop-specific rhizobium bacteria, AGTIV THRIVE® expands the root network, stimulates nitrogen fixation, and improves nutrient and water uptake.
Supported by extensive field trials in pulses, chickpeas, faba beans and soybeans, AGTIV THRIVE® enhances root nodulation, nutrient acquisition, and overall crop productivity.
Key Benefits
Dual symbiotic support
Combines mycorrhizal and rhizobial symbioses to support both root expansion and nitrogen fixation in legumes.
Enhanced root development
Mycorrhizal hyphae extend beyond the natural root zone, increasing the plant’s access to soil nutrients and water.
Improved nitrogen fixation
Rhizobium bacteria form nodules on legume roots, converting atmospheric nitrogen into plant-available forms.
Improved nutrient and water uptake
Expanded soil exploration supports improved uptake of phosphorus, water, and other essential nutrients.
Supports plant vigor and yield potential
Stronger root systems and effective nodulation contribute to improved plant performance and yield potential.
How It Works
Following application at planting, AGTIV THRIVE® establishes beneficial symbioses in the developing root system.
Mycorrhizal fungi colonize the roots and form hyphal networks that extend into the surrounding soil, increasing nutrient and water uptake capacity. At the same time, rhizobium bacteria form nodules on legume roots and fix atmospheric nitrogen, making it available to the plant.
Together, these biological interactions improve nutrient acquisition and support plant development throughout the growing season.
Application & Formulation
AGTIV THRIVE® Powder
A powder biological inoculant designed for on-farm mixing directly with seed. It can be applied dry or prepared as a slurry to ensure uniform seed coverage prior to planting.
AGTIV THRIVE® Granular
A granular biological inoculant formulated for direct placement in the seed row at planting using standard granular delivery systems.
AGTIV THRIVE® Combo Liquid
A dual-liquid biological inoculant applied in-furrow at planting, delivering mycorrhizae and rhizobium simultaneously to support root colonization and nodulation.
All formulations deliver viable mycorrhizal propagules and rhizobium bacteria to support effective root colonization, nodulation, and nutrient uptake
