Grow Boost is a plant extract nutrient fertilizer for soil improvement and growth stimulation. It increases the populations of beneficial microbes in the soil, thereby increasing plant immunity against diseases, pests, and abiotic stress. Grow Boost also increases yield and quality of crops.

Application

Use 3.8 mL (3/4 tsp) of product with one gallon (1 gal) of water to dilute Grow Boost. It can also be used in other quantities, respecting the dilution rate of 1:1000 of product onto plant leaves or irrigate the soil. Do not apply prior to excessive rains, since this may reduce product effectiveness.

Active Ingredients

Grow Boost uses natural seaweed extracts from Ascophyllum nodosum, Sargassum spp., and Laminaria spp. These extracts go through a process that mechanically extracts the compounds within seaweed, resulting in preservation of important phytohormones, enzymes, and amino acids that stimulate plant growth. During kelp’s lifespan in the ocean, it captures minerals freely floating throughout the oceanic ecosystem, providing terrestrial plants compounds they cannot normally receive.

Safety & Environmental Info

Because algae can grow very rapidly in lakes, causing anoxic conditions in water, avoid disposing into drainage systems. Appropriate land management practices should be used at all times with any fertilizer; this material should be prevented from entering public or private water supplies (including wells) and any lake, stream, or river. This product is made from naturally derived ingredients and is non-toxic.

Mode of Action

Grow Boost at the rhizosphere level stimulates the growth of beneficial microoganisms, when applied to leaves, the plant quickly absorbs the nutrients needed to boost immunity. With the application of Grow Boost, adverse weather can be tolerated better because it decreases stress from abiotic factors, improves fruit size, color, and hardness, and it also increases the quality of product harvested.
